FAQ

Quick answers to the common questions we get from maintenance and production teams.

Do barrel top adapters need to be airtight?

Usually you want controlled sealing: tight enough to reduce dust escape, but still serviceable for barrel change‑outs. We can add gasket options depending on your process.

Is hard‑ducting into a barrel a good idea?

Hard ducting can be clean, but it’s often less forgiving during maintenance. Many sites prefer a removable adapter and a bit of tolerance.

What measurements do you need?

Barrel diameter (ID/OD), connection type/size above, distance from barrel top to the connection, and any offset. Photos help a lot.

What’s typical pricing?

Many custom builds fall in the $300–$500 each range, depending on quantity, material, and complexity.

Can you build in grounding / static considerations?

Tell us your environment and requirements in the form. We’ll incorporate appropriate features where applicable.
